ADRA Albania is one of the development organizations that aim to facilitate and come across the needs of many vulnerable communities in Albania, supporting children and families, and empowering communities who are facing several difficult situations. In the frame of our activities, we plan to increase the capacities and establish a new community center in Elbasan, which will serve as a friendly space for children and adults, part of vulnerable groups.
2.1 The aim of the tender
