In its initiative, ADRA Albania empowered youth by creating a network of youth groups where they can be informed about issues that affect their lives, interact, feel more active and promote diversity as a value of a contemporary society. During the implementation of this project young people from public high schools, as well as ADRA volunteers found support from each other by uniting to fight discrimination and promote understanding and acceptance of diversity as a condition of peaceful society. ADRA Albania created a  collaborative and accepting environment for activism of young people from public schools and faculties who have not received support to become active in the communities they live in.
