Capacity Statement OverviewADRA Austria has implemented a successful literacy program using the REFLECT methodology, an approach that combines theory and practice in a way that effectively engages participants. This REFLECT program has empowered 120 women in Albania to read at a functional level, enabling them to better understand and interact with their environment, which can yield financial and social returns. Additionally, REFLECT has been used in orphanages and schools around the world, further disseminating literacy, education, and ultimately empowerment.
