Vullnetarizmi dhe Puna ne Grup/Volunteering and groupworking

Me 8 Nentor 2017 ADRA ne bashkepunim me Porten Rome Per Integrim, organizoi trajnimin me teme:

“Vullnetarizmi dhe puna ne grup”

Pjesmarres ishin stafi  dhe vullnetaret  ADRA Albania si dhe stafi dhe vullnetaret e Portes Rome Per Integrim me te cilen ADRA bashkepunon ne zonen e Fushe Krujes.

Ne kuader te ketij trajnimi vullnetaret gjimnaziste te shkolles “Shote Galica” ne Fushe Kruje, u informuan mbi benefitet e te punuarit se bashku. Vullnetaret  gjermane si dhe stafi i ADRA-s ndane eksperiencen e tyre si vullnetare per ti dhene nje model ketyre te rinjve. Gjithashtu ky takim sherbeu gjithashtu per te kaluar nje kohe sebashku dhe per te ndertuar mardhenie te mira.

 

On the 8^th of November 2017 ADRA, in cooperation with Roma Gate For Integration, organized a training on: “Volunteering and teamworking”

Participants were ADRA’s  staff and volunteers of Roma Gate For Integration with which ADRA cooperates in the area of Fushe Kruja.

In the framework of this training, the high school students of the “Shote Galica” school in Fushe Kruja were informed on the benefits of working together, German volunteers and ADRA staff shared their volunteer experience to give a model to these young people .

This meeting also served to spend some time together and build good relationships.
