We hope you had a special holiday season!


This Christmas season has come and gone but children around Albania are still happy thanks to the over 9,000 parcels that were donated by ADRA Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. We would like to give a special thanks to all of the families that helped make this holiday season a memorable one for the children here in Albania. These parcels were distributed throughout the country at schools, orphanages, and Roma communities. Though we could not reach every child of need here in Albania, we always have next year.




This is Andi from the Roma Community of Farka. During this time of the year the tempatures drop below freezing during the night. He has to rely on the other members of his family for warmth as all 9 of them share a small cloth tent. As you can see the parcel that he received will be put to good use. He says thank you and so does ADRA Albania.
