The past months was a busy month for ADRA Albania!
Finish and Irish volunteers, together with our small Albanian volunteer group, worked very hard to renovate a school for the little village of Veski, just 10 km behind Balldushk.

Veski is a village entirely without water, so until now the school was without bathroom! The first thing to do was to install and fill a water tank.

The work consisted mainly in tearing down the old leaking roof, take off the mouldy plaster all around the building and take out the old broken tiles.

To extend the building, they demolished a wall and build a new one.

This school has been extended to hold 3 classes instead of 2 for 60 pupils.
